The State of South Carolina has created its 2022 Annual Action Plan, as required by HUD each year of the Consolidated Plan period, to provide the state with funding for the CDBG, HOME, National Housing Trust Fund, Emergency Solutions and HOPWA programs. The description of the CDBG program represents the State`s annual plan for the distribution of the estimated CDBG funds for 2022, and the corresponding sections are summarized in the annual action plan.
